se han acabado las vacaciones y mañana toca la vuelta a la "dura realidad". Enero es siempre un mes de cambios, de ilusiones, de promesas... desde hace un par de años me he acostumbrado a hacerme un "vision board" , una especie de mural donde pongo fotos, recortes de periodico, frases, telas... cosas que me hagan visualizar lo que quiero alcanzar ese año, y el verlo dia a dia colgado en la pared de mi cuarto de labores me ayuda a no quedarme atras y abandonar proyectos.Mi mural de este año esta casi listo, incluye cosas faciles de conseguir y otras que requeriran mas esfuerzo, pero ahi es donde esta lo bueno!.

New Year!
Holidays are over and tomorrow its time to go back to the "real world". January is always a month of changes, hopes, promises...a few years ago I started making every January a "vision board" for the year starting, I use pictures, cuts outs from magazines, sentences I read, pieces of fabric.. things that help me to visualize what I want to reach in the new year, I am able to see it everyday hanging in my sewing room wall and helps me not to forget my aims and projects. This year's board is almost finished, there are some things easy to achieve on it and a fe ones that will require more effort...but that is the challenging part!
Thanks for walking with me in this journey through 2014 that I start today...please come in all the way, into the kitchen!!
